Do you accept insurancesWe not only accept most PPO insurances, we are in the network provider of most PPO and some other insurances. Pls. let us know your insurance company details, we will be more than happy to inform you whether we are in the network or not. If your employer provides a dental insurance and you would like to take advantage of it, pls. check with your dental office whether they are in the NETWORK or not, that way there will not be any surprises when it comes to fees schedule.
Are you accepting new patients and referralsPeople always ask if we accept new patients … the answer is YES. We are always pleased to provide our high quality of service & care to you, your colleagues and friends. We always welcome new patients and we appreciate your referrals. We consider patient referrals of friends and family to be the greatest compliment you can give us. If you have a dental Insurance plan please remember that you should be aware of what your plan covers. If you are a new patient and require assistance to determine this, please bring your card and plan booklet. If you do not have dental insurance we offer payment options that we would be happy to discuss with you.
Fees and Payment OptionsFees are discussed before proceeding with any dental procedure. We base fees on clinical expertise, quality of care and materials used in the process of providing your care. Financial arrangements are set up with our front – desk team at all locations. If you require extensive dental work and wish to implement an extended payment plan for your convenience we offer third party interest free financing by arrangement with the care credit we offer our patients, upon approval, an interest-free term loan ( up to 12 months) with no down payment, no annual fee and no prepayment penalty. Applying is easy and financing is available for people with a wide range of credit history. We can either apply for you or you can apply by phone or online from the comfort of your home. Please ask us for details All dental treatment is to be paid for at the time of service. We accept VISA, Cheque, Cash and most dental insurance plans.
Do you see children and at what age my children first see the dentistYes, we not only see the children, our practice is kid friendly practice (Video Games, Internet connection, Cartoon Network connected Dish at Chairside, Kid Dental Videos etc.). Generally we recommend the children to start seeing a dentist from ages 2 and up.
AppointmentsTelephone confirmations are made one or two days before a scheduled one – week appointment. If you schedule an appointment in the next 24 hours it is presumed confirmed and we will not call to re-confirm. If you have to re-schedule for any reason, please give us 24 – hour notice and we would be pleased to give you another appointment.
Our policy regarding missed appointmentsPlease keep in mind that your appointment time has been reserved especially for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. An appointment is a mutual agreement between us and you, our patient. We agree that we will be on time and ready for you when your arrive at our office and you agree that your will arrive on time for your appointment. Please be aware that we require at least 24 hours notice if you must change your appointment. With the adequate notice of a cancelled appointment, we are able to help someone else during that time. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25.00.
