We accept most PPO insurances. We are an in-network provider for most PPO and some other insurances. If you give us your insurance company details, we will be more than happy to tell you if we are in-network or not. If your employer provides dental insurance, please check with your dental office whether the office is IN-NETWORK or not to avoid surprises when it comes to fee schedules.
We always accept new patients and appreciate your referrals. We consider patient referrals to be the highest compliment you can give us. We are always pleased to provide our high-quality care and services to you, your family, colleagues, and friends. If you have a dental insurance plan, please remember that you should be aware of what your plan covers. If you are a new patient and require assistance to determine your plan’s coverage, please bring your insurance card and plan booklet. We offer payment options for those without dental insurance and are happy to discuss your options.
We discuss fees before proceeding with any dental procedure. We base fees on clinical expertise, quality of care, and materials used to provide you with our care. Our front desk team handles financial arrangements at all locations. If you need extensive dental work and want to implement an extended payment plan, we offer third-party interest-free financing via CareCredit. Upon approval, this financing arrangement includes an interest-free term loan for up to 12-months with no down payment, annual fee, or prepayment penalty. Applying for CareCredit is easy, and financing is available for people with a wide range of credit history. We can apply for CareCredit on your behalf, or you can apply by phone or online from the comfort of your home. Please ask us for more details. All dental treatment needs to be paid for at the time of service. We accept Visa, Check, Cash, and most dental insurance plans.
We confirm your appointment via telephone 1-2 days before your scheduled date. If you schedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will not call to re-confirm. If you have to reschedule for any reason, please give us 24-hours notice, and we will be happy to reschedule you.
Please keep in mind that your appointment time has been reserved solely for you, and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. An appointment is a mutual agreement between us and you, our patient. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment because we will be ready for you at that time. Please be aware that we require 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Adequate notice of cancellation allows us to help someone else during your original appointment time. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25.00
